This BC48R2020 is an 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller combined with an RF transmitter designed for a range of RF control applications. With the advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, timer functions, oscillator options, HALT and wake-up functions, watchdog timer as well as a fully integrated RF transmitter, the BC48R2020 has all the flexibility to meet the needs of a large range of RF control applications.
