Description
The UTC TIP41CL TO252 is a NPN expitaxial planar transistor, designed for using in general purpose amplifier and switching applications. The TIP41CL is a base island technology NPN power transistor in TO-252 plastic package that make this device suitable for audio, power linear and switching applications. The complementary PNP type is TIP42CL.
