This Super-regenerative Receiver SoC MCU provides a combination of a fully featured MCU and an RF receiver function, providing them with superior flexibility for use in a wide range of wireless I/O control applications such as industrial control, consumer products, subsystem controllers, etc.
Offering users the convenience of Flash Memory multi-programming features, the BC66F2430 also includes a wide range of functions and features. Other memory includes an area of RAM Data Memory and an area of true EEPROM memory for storage of non-volatile data such as serial numbers, calibration data etc.
