HT16C22 LQFP52

The HT16C22 LQFP52 device is a memory mapping and multi-function LCD controller driver. The maximum Display segments of the device are 176 patterns (44 segments and 4commons). The software confi guration feature of the HT16C22/HT16C22G makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. The HT16C22/HT16C22G device communicates with most microprocessors / microcontrollers via a two-line bidirectional I2C-bus.
